Two-layer sports rubber PU spray-system coating Conipur SP with a thickness of 13 mm

A two-layer reinforced polyurethane system, certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). It consists of a 10 mm base layer made of 1–4 mm SBR rubber granules mixed with transparent polyurethane glue (applied manually or mechanically), and a 3 mm top layer made of 0.5–1.5 mm colored EPDM rubber granules mixed with colored polyurethane glue (applied using a spray machine).

This coating is suitable for various types of sports surfaces — running tracks, athletic disciplines, and multifunctional play areas. The installation of the coating is carried out in accordance with the technological guidelines provided by the manufacturer of polyurethane adhesives, Conica (Switzerland).

The required base for applying the surface is smooth fine-grained asphalt or polished reinforced concrete.
