Two-layer sports rubber PU coating Conipur 2S with a thickness of 16 mm
A two-layer cushioned polyurethane system. It consists of a base layer 8 mm thick made of 1–4 mm SBR rubber granules mixed with transparent polyurethane glue (applied manually or mechanically), and a top layer 8 mm thick made of 1–3.5 mm colored EPDM rubber granules mixed with transparent polyurethane glue (applied manually or mechanically).
This coating is ideal for various types of sports courts — tennis, basketball, volleyball, and multifunctional play areas. Thanks to the wide color palette of EPDM rubber granules used for the top layer, it is possible to create a customized combination of colors to highlight specific game marking zones. The installation of the coating is carried out in accordance with the technological guidelines provided by the manufacturer of polyurethane adhesives, Conica (Switzerland).
The required base for applying the surface is smooth fine-grained asphalt or polished reinforced concrete.
