Two-layer rubber PU coating Conipur PG with a thickness starting from 20 mm for children’s playgrounds

A two-layer cushioned polyurethane system. It consists of a base layer 10–60 mm thick made of 1–4 mm SBR rubber granules mixed with transparent polyurethane glue (applied manually or mechanically), and a top layer 10 mm thick made of 1–3.5 mm colored EPDM rubber granules mixed with transparent polyurethane glue (applied manually or mechanically).

This coating is ideal for various types of children’s playgrounds. Depending on the height of the critical fall point from different play elements on the playground, the thickness of the rubber coating may vary. Thanks to the wide color palette of EPDM rubber granules used for the top layer, any pattern can be created to emphasize the uniqueness and enhance the attractiveness of the playground. The installation of the coating is carried out in accordance with the technological guidelines provided by the manufacturer of polyurethane adhesives, Conica (Switzerland).
