Polyurethane Rubber Flooring
Seamless polyurethane rubber poured coatings are based on polyurethane adhesives (binders) and rubber granules (SBR) and/or colored rubber granules (EPDM). They are designed for use on outdoor facilities such as:

sports grounds: football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, tennis, etc.;

running tracks;
-
multifunctional courts;

children’s playgrounds;
-
recreation areas, pool surroundings, pedestrian paths, etc.
Seamless polyurethane rubber coatings serve as the working surface of sports, multifunctional, and/or children’s playgrounds and are installed on a prepared solid and even base. Suitable bases include asphalt, concrete, or textile on a compacted gravel-sand foundation.
There are different types and design variations of polyurethane rubber coatings. Depending on the functional purpose and the adopted (designed) construction of the seamless rubber coating, the thickness ranges from 10 to 70 mm.
Installation (laying) of the coating is carried out mechanically (by machine) or manually, depending on the size and purpose of the facility. This makes it possible to create seamless polyurethane rubber coatings of various shapes and patterns, with different colors of the top layer, on different reliefs of the prepared base.
The main requirement for the installation of seamless rubber coatings based on polyurethane binders is favorable weather conditions, temperature regime, and air humidity level. To ensure the highest quality and optimal functional properties of the finished polyurethane coating, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 75%, the air temperature should not fall below +15 °C, and there must be no precipitation or moisture (dew) on the base surface and/or on the base layer of the coating (for two-layer systems). The recommended temperature of the base (asphalt, concrete) is not lower than +10 °C.

Notes for Prolonged Service Life
To maximize the lifespan of polyurethane rubber coatings and prevent premature wear:

avoid use during heavy rainfall and for 2–4 hours afterwards (depending on water drying speed);
-
avoid use when there is ice or frost on the surface;
-
do not allow visitors in spiked shoes (cleats) or high heels onto the coated surfaces.

All components of seamless polyurethane rubber systems (polyurethane adhesives, rubber granules, color rubber granules, paints, etc.) are fully certified and meet all necessary quality standards.
